Carolyn Terrell

She was previously employed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), as Supervisory Business Development Specialist for 20+ years. She retired from federal service in July 2019. During her tenure with the SBA, Ms. Terrell administered the 8a Business Development Program, the Small Disadvantaged Business Program, the HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program, and the Women Owned Small Business Programs. She provided certified firms assistance with business development to include starting, developing and expanding their business and entrance into the government procurement arena.

Louis Orndorff

Louis Orndorff comes to us as a recently retired Air Force Colonel with over 25 years of contracting and acquisition experience. He held four commands, including Commander Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Middle East where he managed administrative oversight of the Department of Defense’s largest Foreign Military Sales program in U.S. history. He also Commanded, DCMA Boeing Seattle, directing management of weapons systems contracts and providing oversight to 32 Acquisition Programs including the Air Force $35 billion KC-46 Tanker startup. In addition, he deployed as the DCMA Southern Afghanistan Commander, overseeing warzone life support service contracts.
