CCR is going away

CCR is going away The System for Award Management (SAM) is combining nine federal procurement systems one new system. SAM Phase 1 will combine CCR, ORCA, EPLS & FedReg. On May 23, 2012, CCR will go off line - on May 29, 2012, SAM will go live. This is not a portal for existing databases - the current databases will cease to exist.

Security Warning for CCR

Security Warning for CCR Equifax Corporate Security has received notice that businesses are receiving fraudulent letters appearing to be from Equifax. These letters request that current or potential contractors register by submitting their company’s financial information on a release form entitled, "Authorization to release financial information".

USDA Fraud Alert

USDA officials learned late Friday afternoon, March 16th, 2012, that fraudulent letters are being sent by FAX to individuals and businesses in at least four states. The letters purportedly come from a USDA procurement officer and seek personal information. These letters are false and in no case should a recipient respond with personal and financial information.
